Contest Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms apply to all prize contests run by EliteScout Football within the EliteScout Fantasy Football app. Contest-specific details are set out in the Schedules below. The contest currently open is set out in Schedule A.

01

The Promoter

These contests are run by EliteScout Football (the "Promoter"), a registered business name of Dylan Heffernan, sole trader (ABN 84 872 617 348).

Postal address: PO Box 6075, Hammondville NSW 2170, Australia
Contact: legal@elitescoutfootball.com

02

Free to enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win any contest under these Terms.

EliteScout Fantasy Football ("ESF") is free to download and free to play. No payment of any kind is required to enter, and no payment will improve a participant's chance of winning.

Where the Promoter offers paid features in the ESF app, those features do not affect scoring, standings, or a participant's chance of winning any contest. Free and paying participants compete on identical terms.

03

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 13 years or over at the time of entry, consistent with the ESF app's minimum age.

Participants under 18 may enter and may win. However, a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize on the participant's behalf and must supply the delivery address (see clause 8). The Promoter will not accept delivery details directly from a participant under 18.

The following are not eligible to enter or win:

04

How to enter

To enter a contest, a participant must:

  1. Hold a free ESF account with a registered squad for the relevant Premier League season; and
  2. Meet the entry requirement set out in the relevant Schedule.

Entering constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

One entry per person. Where the Promoter reasonably believes a person has entered more than once, whether via multiple accounts or otherwise, all of that person's entries may be disqualified.

05

Contests of skill

Each contest under these Terms is a contest of skill. Chance plays no part in determining any winner.

Winners are determined solely by performance in the ESF app, measured as set out in the relevant Schedule. Where two or more participants are tied, the tiebreak rules in that Schedule apply in order.

The Promoter's determination of standings and winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

06

Prizes generally

The prize for each contest is set out in the relevant Schedule.

For all prizes:

07

Notification

Winners will be notified in the ESF app and by email at the address associated with their ESF account, within seven (7) days of the end of the relevant contest period.

It is the participant's responsibility to keep a valid email address on their ESF account.

08

Claiming a prize

To claim, the winner must reply within fourteen (14) days of notification with the details requested in the notification and a valid postal delivery address.

Where the winner is under 18, the claim must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who must confirm they consent to the prize being sent and provide the delivery address.

If no valid claim is received within fourteen (14) days, or the contact details held are invalid, the prize is forfeited and will be awarded to the next-placed eligible participant, applying the tiebreak rules in the relevant Schedule.

09

Delivery

Prizes are dispatched either by the Promoter or by a third-party retailer directly to the address supplied.

Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed by the Promoter. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes payable on delivery are the responsibility of the winner or, for winners under 18, the claiming parent or guardian.

The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, or for delivery failures arising from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at claim.

10

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with any contest is handled in accordance with the ESF Privacy Policy.

Delivery details are collected for the sole purpose of fulfilling the prize, are not used for marketing, and are not retained beyond what is necessary to complete delivery.

The Promoter may publish a winner's ESF display name and team name in the app and on its channels. Postal addresses and email addresses are never published. A winner under 18 will be identified by display name only.

11

Conduct and disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any participant who, in its reasonable opinion:

12

Changes and cancellation

The Promoter will not change the eligibility criteria, entry period, method of determining the winner, or advertised prize of a contest that is already open, except where required by law or where the contest cannot be completed as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, unavailability of official match data, or the suspension or curtailment of the Premier League season.

Where a season or month is curtailed, the winner will be determined on the standings as at the last completed gameweek.

The Promoter may add, amend, or discontinue future contests at any time. Any such change takes effect only for contests that have not yet opened.

13

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of participation in a contest or the acceptance or use of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

14

Independence

These contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, X, Apple, or Google. Participants release those platforms from all liability in connection with these contests.

EliteScout Fantasy Football is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Premier League, Football Association Premier League Limited, or any Premier League club. Club and competition names are used descriptively only.

15

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
